This would be represented in your bibliography as:

Explanation: On December 8 2005, the phoenix line drawing was on the front page of a web search page called Fotosearch, offering commercial and free images.
2. Image with title.
You need to include:
Name of image, Year, Name and place of the sponsor of the source, viewed Day Month Year, <url – full location or main site>
